Our story

We started because
the old model wasn't working.

For decades, recruitment fees have been a percentage of salary. The fee went up with the pay packet; the work stayed the same. Businesses ended up budgeting around the fee instead of the hire.

We built Workvine to fix that: a fixed price for the work, agreed up front, done properly.

We're based in Hinckley and work with businesses across the UK. Small enough to care about every role. Experienced enough to fill them.

We use AI.
We just don't hide behind it.

A lot of the work around recruitment is research, admin and creative graft. Market and salary research, drafting and formatting adverts, producing assets, keeping records straight. AI is genuinely good at that, and using it is part of how we keep our fixed fees low while still doing the job properly.

So we use it, openly. What we don't do is let it near the decisions that matter.

Every CV is read by a person. Every candidate who applies through Workvine speaks to a person. Every shortlist is built and signed off by a recruiter who has read the brief and understands the role. No one gets filtered out by an algorithm they'll never see, and no client gets handed a shortlist that a machine assembled on its own.

AI helps us work faster. People decide who gets hired. We think that's the only honest way to use it.
