What you'd pay an agency. What you'd pay us.

Most agencies charge 15 to 25% of the first-year salary. Workvine charges a fixed fee, banded by salary. Set the salary and the rate you're quoted, and see the difference.

The real saving

A percentage fee doesn't just cost you money.
It costs you time.

Every hire saved is money back in the business. But the bigger story isn't one hire, it's what happens when you're hiring across a whole year.

When the fee scales with salary, the cost of growing your team climbs with it. To fund that responsibly, out of real cashflow, most businesses end up pacing their hiring to fit the fee budget rather than the actual need. The fees set the speed, not the business.

Fix the fee, and that changes. The money you'd have spent on percentage fees stays in the business, which means you can afford to hire when the work demands it, not when the budget finally allows. You grow at the speed your business actually needs.

"The savings don't just sit on the balance sheet. They let you build the team years sooner."
Proof

One manufacturer. 31 hires. The maths that made it possible.

Take the UK manufacturer in our case study. They ran 31 hiring campaigns across two sites on a fixed fee. At a typical 15% fee, that volume of hiring would have run well into six figures. On fixed fee, it was a fraction of that.

That difference is the gap between hiring you can afford and hiring you have to postpone. They built the headcount they needed, when they needed it, instead of staggering it across years to keep the fee bill manageable.

How we use AI

Smart tools.
Human decisions.

We use AI to take the weight out of the work around hiring: research, admin, and creative work like drafting adverts and producing assets. It makes us quicker, and it keeps our fees low.

But the candidate work stays human. Sifting applications, reading CVs and spotting the strong candidates is a recruiter's job here, not a machine's. AI never talks to your candidates, and it never decides who gets hired.

The Workvine story
"We started Fixed Fee Recruitment in 2023 because the maths never made sense. The tools for finding people have come a long way since the 90s. The fees haven't. We charge for the work as it is now."
